Important COVID-19 news - updated 4th January 2021
Important update: The Prime Minister announced that England would move into a full lockdown on 5th January 2021. This means all beauty salons, including my own business, must close until further notice. I have therefore temporarily stopped trading and will be contacting clients to discuss future appointments.

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic new safety procedures have been in place to protect both myself and my clients. Before contacting me to book a treatment please read all of the information below.
Face treatments - important information
Following a recent change to government guidelines, face treatments (e.g. facials, eyebrow wax, eyelash tint etc) will be available from Monday, 17th August. Please contact me to discuss booking one of these treatments.
Prior to your treatment appointment
Normally on the day before your scheduled appointment I will contact you by phone or text to check you are in good health and neither yourself or a member of your household has had any COVID-19 (Coronavirus) symptoms or has been in contact with anyone who either currently has COVID-19 or has had it in the past 14 days. If you or a household member is unwell or you have been in contact with someone who is or has been unwell, I will ask you to reschedule your appointment. This is to protect both you, myself and my wider family.
On the day of your treatment and arrival at my premises
Please wear a mask or suitable face covering whilst attending your appointment. You should have this on when entering the property and not remove it until you have left. I will be wearing a face mask or protective visor, apron and gloves at all times. Hand gel will be provided and I will wipe down all door handles and other surfaces before and after your visit. It is important we adhere to social distancing during your appointment so I will guide you through to the treatment room and the treatment couch. The couch will be covered in fresh couch roll on your arrival and this will be safely disposed of once you have left.
It is important you understand there are no waiting or toilet facilities available. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time and not before. If you do arrive early please remain outside in your vehicle until I contact you to confirm you can now enter the house. It is important I have time to prepare the treatment room in order ensure your safety on entry.
Paying for your treatment
It is preferred that you pay for your treatment either by bank transfer or cheque. If you wish to pay by cash please put the correct amount in a sealed envelope and pass it to me before you leave. I will not be able to provide change for cash payments.
